What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the strategy, growth, and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise clients across the UK & Ireland, driving value, performance, and long-term partnership success.
 
  • Own and evolve account strategy: Shape the direction and success of key client relationships
  • Drive commercial growth: Unlock opportunities through strategic account planning, whitespace analysis, and value-led selling
  • Lead multi-service delivery: Orchestrate solutions across recruitment, MSP, RPO, and advisory
  • Build trusted partnerships: Act as a senior advisor to stakeholders, influencing workforce and organisational strategy
  • Deliver operational excellence: Ensure high performance across SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and scalable delivery models
  • Leverage data and insight: Use analytics and reporting to optimise performance, forecast growth, and improve client outcomes
  • Lead and inspire: Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Client Services team

Who You Are
  • A proven leader within recruitment, MSP, RPO, or workforce solutions environments
  • Commercially driven with a strong track record of growing and managing complex enterprise accounts
  • Skilled in value-led selling and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of talent delivery models, operations, and compliance
  • A strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
  • A collaborative, authentic leader who builds high-performing, accountable teams
