What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the strategy, growth, and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise clients across the UK & Ireland, driving value, performance, and long-term partnership success.
- Own and evolve account strategy: Shape the direction and success of key client relationships
- Drive commercial growth: Unlock opportunities through strategic account planning, whitespace analysis, and value-led selling
- Lead multi-service delivery: Orchestrate solutions across recruitment, MSP, RPO, and advisory
- Build trusted partnerships: Act as a senior advisor to stakeholders, influencing workforce and organisational strategy
- Deliver operational excellence: Ensure high performance across SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and scalable delivery models
- Leverage data and insight: Use analytics and reporting to optimise performance, forecast growth, and improve client outcomes
- Lead and inspire: Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Client Services team
Who You Are
- A proven leader within recruitment, MSP, RPO, or workforce solutions environments
- Commercially driven with a strong track record of growing and managing complex enterprise accounts
- Skilled in value-led selling and influencing senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of talent delivery models, operations, and compliance
- A strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- A collaborative, authentic leader who builds high-performing, accountable teams
