Shape culture. Influence leaders. Drive meaningful change.

At Harvey Nash, we’re the #HomeOfTheBest. We believe great businesses are built by great people and, we’re proud of a culture where people genuinely matter, voices are heard, and ideas turn into action. We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner/Manager to join our UKI People team and play a key role in shaping the colleague experience, developing leadership capability, and helping our business achieve its ambitions.

This is a role for someone who wants to do more than advise. You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, challenge constructively, drive engagement, and partner with leaders who genuinely care about their people and are committed to acting on feedback.

Why This Role?

You'll join a business where employee voice matters and where engagement insights lead to real action. Working closely with leaders across the UKI business, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Shape culture and employee experience across the organisation.
  • Influence and coach leaders through everything from performance and development to organisational change.
  • Turn colleague feedback into meaningful action and measurable improvements.
  • Drive engagement through our benefits and wellbeing offering.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen talent, capability, inclusion and performance.
  • Play a visible role in supporting the continued growth and evolution of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You'll balance strategic partnering with hands-on delivery, working across a broad range of people initiatives including:

  • Coaching and supporting leaders on people matters, employee relations, performance, wellbeing and organisational change.
  • Work with our Head of Talent, developing managers and leaders through training, coaching and capability-building programmes.
  • Using engagement survey insights and people data to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
  • Supporting talent development, succession planning and career progression initiatives.
  • Championing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging across the business.
  • Partnering with leaders on reward, recognition and colleague engagement initiatives.
  • Leading and contributing to people projects that enhance organisational effectiveness and support business success.

Who are you?

We're seeking a HR professional who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for people.

  • Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager or similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong employee relations and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience coaching and influencing leaders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align people solutions with business objectives.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and drive positive change.
  • A collaborative, relationship-focused approach and a passion for creating great colleague experiences.

Why This Role Stands Out

If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely influence culture, develop leaders, improve engagement, and help shape the future of a growing organisation, this is an exciting opportunity to do just that.

At Harvey Nash, you'll join a business where people matter, ideas are welcomed, and HR is viewed as a strategic partner in driving success.
