Based out of our London HQ, you’ll play a key role in the financial management and reporting for our UKI and German entities, two core regions within our global business. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the Group Finance team, this role offers broad exposure, high impact, and plenty of space for career development.

Your Role at a Glance
As Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for accurate and timely monthly reporting, compliance, and analysis, all while ensuring financial integrity across our UKI and German entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close activities: journals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial commentary.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for UKI & Germany.
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across group entities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with detailed financial insight.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (UK & German GAAP / IFRS).
- Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams during audits and year-end processes.
- Continuously improve reporting, controls, and processes.
- Drive alignment with Group Finance to support consolidated reporting.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to step up in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experienced in assisting or leading on management accounting, ideally across international entities.
- Skilled in Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
- A strong communicator who builds effective cross-functional relationships.
- Analytical, adaptable, and always seeking to improve processes and outcomes.
- Familiar with German GAAP or IFRS (a plus!).
- You take ownership and deliver results with purpose.
- You collaborate across teams, cultures, and time zones.
- You uphold strong financial control and data integrity.
