The Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership role sitting at the heart of our UK & Ireland growth strategy.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will help shape and execute a revitalised sales strategy while accelerating enterprise client acquisition across our full portfolio of technology talent and workforce solutions.

 

You’ll focus on new logo development, while also unlocking additional value from one of the most established client portfolios in the technology recruitment market.

 

You will also collaborate closely with our global teams across Europe and the US to grow strategic international client partnerships.

 

What You’ll Lead

As Sales Director, you will:

  • Drive UK&I sales growth across our full solutions portfolio
  • (Perm, Contract, MSP, RPO, Statement of Work / Services Procurement, Talent Advisory and Total Talent)
  • Win major enterprise new logos across priority sectors
  • Unlock deeper value from a rich and long-standing client base
  • Lead, coach and grow a high-performing sales team
  • Design complex, technology-enabled workforce solutions aligned to evolving client needs
  • Engage C-Suite stakeholders across HR, Procurement, Technology and Transformation
  • Sponsor and lead large strategic bids and multi-year commercial partnerships
  • Collaborate with our global Harvey Nash teams to deliver integrated solutions to international clients

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a senior sales leader from technology recruitment or workforce solutions who brings:

 

  • Proven success winning enterprise new logos
  • Experience across Technology Recruitment, MSP, RPO, SoW or Total Talent solutions
  • A track record of securing complex, multi-service deals
  • Strong commercial and solution design capability
  • The ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • The ambition to build, grow and shape a modern sales organisation
