And now, our Birmingham team is expanding, we’re looking for a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to build on a warm desk and drive the growth of our Projects & Change permanent market across the UK.
The Role
You’ll join a passionate, high-performing tech recruitment team based in our Birmingham city centre office, specialising in Projects & Change recruitment across the permanent space.
- Build on a warm desk with existing clients and live roles - there’s genuine untapped potential here.
- Lead and drive business development into the UK, owning your market and shaping its direction.
- Partner with clients across transformation, change, and technology programmes helping them attract the best talent.
- Collaborate closely with our internal network of specialist vertical consultants and leaders to maximise delivery, share knowledge, and grow strategically.
- Play a key role in helping to grow the Birmingham team, motivating, mentoring and helping shape future success stories.
