Job Title: US IT Recruiter 
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, India 
Work Type: 100% On-Site ( Remote option available for exceptional candidates)

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for functional IT roles including Project Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
	<li>Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
	<li>Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and ATS systems to identify top talent.
	<li>Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, experience, and communication skills.
	<li>Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and submissions.
</ul>

 

Must Have Skills:

<ul>
	<li>Comfortable to work 5 days On-site a week
	<li>4+ years of experience in US IT recruiting with a focus on functional roles.

Your Role at a Glance

As Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for accurate and timely monthly reporting, compliance, and analysis, all while ensuring financial integrity across our UKI and German entities.

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for UKI & Germany.

	<li>Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (UK & German GAAP / IFRS).

	<li>Drive alignment with Group Finance to support consolidated reporting.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to step up in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

	<li>Experienced in assisting or leading on management accounting, ideally across international entities.
