Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Engineering Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting W2 Engineering professionals for OEM, Automotive, or Manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting engineers across various engineering disciplines and should be capable of working independently in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT Engineering (W2) requirements.
- Source, screen, and recruit engineering professionals for Manufacturing, Automotive, and OEM clients.
- Recruit for positions including, but not limited to:
- Mechanical Engineer
- Manufacturing Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Controls Engineer
- Packaging Engineer
- Quality Engineer
- Industrial Engineer
- Process Engineer
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
- Utilize job boards such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder to identify and engage top engineering talent.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within SLA.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- 3+ years of experience in US Staffing, specifically Engineering Recruitment (W2).
- Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Automotive, or OEM clients.
- Prior experience supporting Caterpillar requirements is highly preferred.
- Experience with any other Manufacturing clients is also acceptable.
- Strong understanding of engineering job roles and technical terminology.
- Excellent sourcing skills using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Persistent, self-motivated, and capable of delivering results in a challenging environment.
- Experience with Bullhorn ATS is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume engineering requirements.
- Strong candidate networking and passive sourcing skills.
- Proven record of long-term stability in previous engineering recruitment roles.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at short notice will be given preference.
