Job Title: IT Recruiter -US staffing

Location: Hyderabad (Local resource)

Work schedule: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site required, policy may change in the future

Interview process: Phone followed by In-person Interview, the possibility of scheduling a direct onsite interview depending on the candidate's experience.

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for IT positions, with a preference for experience working with State or Federal Government clients. This role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various IT roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Should be aware of the differences between W-2 and C2C (corporation-to-corporation) terms and conditions

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter of 3-5+ years, preferably with experience in State or Federal Government clients.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills require both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS Bullhorn) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Should be able to work as per CST time zone.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of basic concepts of onboarding i.e., background check and drug screen as needed to verify with candidates.
