Location: Hyderabad (Local resource)
Work schedule: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site required, policy may change in the future

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for IT positions, with a preference for experience working with State or Federal Government clients. This role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various IT roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Should be aware of the differences between W-2 and C2C (corporation-to-corporation) terms and conditions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter of 3-5+ years, preferably with experience in State or Federal Government clients.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills require both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS Bullhorn) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Should be able to work as per CST time zone.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic concepts of onboarding i.e., background check and drug screen as needed to verify with candidates.
